Refund Policy

At Costa Rica Yoga Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality trainings and experiences. Due to the preparation, planning, and limited capacity of our programs, all payments are final.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit secures your space in the training.

Tuition Payments

All tuition payments, including payment plans and full payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellations by Participant

If you choose to cancel your participation for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued.

​

Transfers

Enrollment may not be transferred to another person or future training.

​

No Shows & Early Departure

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no shows, missed sessions, or early departure from a training for any reason.

Cancellations by Costa Rica Yoga Academy

If Costa Rica Yoga Academy must cancel or reschedule a training due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a transfer to a future training or a refund of payments made. Costa Rica Yoga Academy is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel or accommodation costs.

Force Majeure

Costa Rica Yoga Academy is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, travel disruptions, or government actions. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
