Costa Rica Yoga Academy
By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or participating in any services offered by Costa Rica Yoga Academy ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Use of Services
Our trainings, classes, and online content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You agree to use our services responsibly and in a way that does not harm yourself, others, or the integrity of the experience.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our trainings or use our services. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Health & Responsibility
By participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You agree to practice within your limits and seek professional medical or psychological advice if needed.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be completed through our approved platforms. Payment plans, deposits, and full payments must be honored according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds for remaining balances may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trainings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case appropriate alternatives or credits will be offered.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Costa Rica Yoga Academy, including training materials, videos, written content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Costa Rica Yoga Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal from a program without refund.
Online Platform Access
If your training includes access to our online platform or app, you agree not to share login details or distribute course content. Access may be time-limited or revoked if terms are violated.
Limitation of Liability
Costa Rica Yoga Academy, its teachers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in our services, whether in person or online.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts.
